Clinical Nerve Pain Assessment & Plan

Service Description

We only want to see those we know we can help. This session enables you to complete a comprehensive assessment of your pain, which will then be reviewed by your expert clinician. Your clinician will call you at your chosen day and time and ask you further questions on your pain. This will act as a screening tool to give you a provisional diagnosis and to establish if care with us is your best option going forward. You will be advised on what your best next steps are and, if appropriate, a plan will be outlined to ensure you are fully informed on the costs, amount of sessions and types of sessions involved in order for you to get better. If we cannot help you, you will be advised on what else you should do. If you decide to proceed with care with us, the £7 already paid will then be credited toward your fist face to face visit, which will include your first treatment. We aim to have people seen very quickly after this initial assessment.
